Your mission

Carrying out service assignments worldwide (focus: North America and Canada) for maintenance and inspection of the machines supplied.
Carrying out service assignments worldwide (focus: North America and Canada) to process service contracts.
Carrying out customer training and troubleshooting
Installation of extrusion and corrugated pipe systems (also in connection with system components and downstream equipment from suppliers)
Commissioning of extrusion and corrugator pipe systems through to acceptance by our customers in the USA and Canada
Execution and evaluation of test runs including documentation

Your profile

Technical vocational training either in mechanics, electrics, mechatronics or similar
Driving licence
High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
Willing to travel >50% of the time
Good computer skills (all MS Office applications)
Confident demeanour when working with constantly changing groups of people
Good organizational skills in order to be able to structure the necessary work processes effectively and in a goal-oriented manner.
Character Skills: Team player, flexible, durable, independent and responsible work, hands on mentality
